Personality:
Troy meets Jesse in Harborage and is, in a way, Jesse’s savior. He is there to be the hero when Jesse is at the end of his rope. Troy is the leader type and is fine with anyone being anyway they want—so long as it’s who they really are. He believes a person should be who they are, regardless of whom that is, so long as it's not hurting anyone. While he doesn’t appreciate what Harborage is about, and he doesn’t like the ‘councilors’ there because they are trying to change people, he isn’t the type who would insult them just to make them feel bad. He’s the guy who stands up and makes a scene to make people stop picking on someone else. He’s the type of guy who has no problem drawing the attention to him to give an escape to someone else.
